COACHING PHILOSOPHY
Endurance training is one of the most powerful tools for long-term health, but it is rarely linear.
Life changes. Stress fluctuates. Injuries happen.
The role of coaching is to adapt in real time, maintaining progress while aligning training with real life.
Raeleigh’s work is grounded in a simple principle:
Training should not just improve performance.
It should build capacity for life.

Her approach is not templated. Every plan is built around the individual—your physiology, your schedule, and your goals.
