As a mountain athlete himself, Chris knows how debilitating it can be to undergo an injury. Together we can become stronger, live longer, and dominate the mountain.
Chris specialize in mobility, injury mitigation, and sport-specific training—using proven methods like Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and ATG—to help the active community stay strong, resilient, and ready for the activities they love year-round.

Endurance Performance Coach
Chris is a passionate snowboarder, mountain biker, and wakeboarder with over a decade of experience as a snowboard instructor. His love for mountain sports fuels his mission to help people excel in their favorite activities with greater strength, mobility, and confidence. As a NASM-certified Personal Trainer and FRC Movement Specialist, Chris specializes in training that builds muscle, enhances mobility, and supports joint health. Recognizing that an active lifestyle requires a holistic approach, he integrates fitness, nutrition, and recovery strategies into his coaching to help mountain athletes thrive.
