Staci Curtis is an outdoor adventure enthusiast, yoga teacher, and fitness professional with nearly two decades of experience across a wide range of movement disciplines. She creates personalized, results-driven programs that meet each client’s uniques needs. Combining her diversified fitness background in dance, yoga, TRX, barre, and strength training, Staci creates fulfilling, dynamic, and engaging workout experiences for all of her clients.

WHAT SHE DOES

Staci specializes in programs that support stability and longevity focusing on functional strength training. She is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance, and a certified TRX Suspension trainer. She also holds an associate degree in dance, which continues to influence her creative and intuitive coaching style. 

Known for her supportive and motivating presence, Staci brings energy, compassion, and expertise to every session. Whether your goal is to increase flexibility, build strength, enhance athletic performance, or simply feel better in your body and rediscover the joy of movement, Staci is dedicated to guiding you every step of the way.
